Description 40523 is a 40% compliant version of 39523 RUBBERIZED UNDERCOATING. Available in a 24oz aerosol, 40523 is paintable, fast-drying and 100% asphalt free. Used for rust prevention, sound-deadening and chip protection in a variety of places, such as wheel wells, fenders and undercarriages.
